The world's biggest rodeo starts today, and METRO's ready to take you to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where you can enjoy BBQ, see calf scrambles and livestock shows, ride a Ferris wheel and hear big music stars from George Strait to Cardi B.
It's easy and convenient to take METRO to the rodeo. You can park at Fannin South Transit Center, pay $20 cash and every passenger receives a round-trip ticket to hop on METRORail. Ride one stop and you're at NRG Park.
METRO has partnered with three entities to help you get to the rodeo. You can also park at these parking lots along METRORail: LAZ Parking , SP+ , and at HCC's parking garage. See prices and locations here.
The HCC Northline parking garage is available free for METRO patrons attending the rodeo from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. on these dates: March 3, 4, 10 and 11; and during spring break from March 12-18.
Or catch one of our four rodeo shuttles at Maxey Road Park & Ride, Monroe Park & Ride, or West Loop Transit Center for $4.00 round-trip. Take the shuttle at the North Shepherd Park & Ride for $6.50 round-trip. It's free to park your car at any of these shuttle locations. See more details here.
So, polish your cowboy boots, dust off those hats and get ready to saddle up – with METRO. See you there – look for our METRO booth inside the exhibition hall, where our friendly staff will tell you more about METRONext and the future of transit in our region.
