This week's recommendations involve thrills and chills. We have a Broadway show with the plot of a heroine in danger, a free movie in which we're all saved from ghosts and other supernatural beings, and a peaceful bayou cruise that might possibly include the sight of a basking alligator or – oh, no – even a rogue turtle. Okay, maybe I need a vacation.
Using METRO can help you avoid the thrills and chills of driving in Houston traffic (how's that for a segue?). You never know what perils you'll discover in getting from one place to another and trying to park your car. Feel secure in the knowledge that the Trip Planner will find the bus or rail route that you need, then sit back and enjoy the ride. There are no alligators riding METRO. Have a terrific weekend!
Event: "The Bodyguard." This is the only weekend to experience the touring Broadway musical based on the hit film of the same name.
