Technical Issues with Trip Planner Tools

If you are using any of our trip planning tools, they may not reflect accurately which routes are operating.

We are experiencing technical difficulties and are working hard to resolve them. The Trip Planner may tell you that a route is working, when in fact, it is not. The best thing to do is call Customer Service at 713-635-4000.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are doing our best to get you to your destination. Thanks for your patience as we all work together to recover from Harvey.
